Optima Family Health has been serving the community for 36 years. We are a family owned business that strives to provide excellent care to all members of our community. Our main commitment as a family and a business is to provide outstanding service and care to people, no matter what socio or economic factors may impact them. It is our mission to close all healthcare gaps and make healthcare as accessible as possible. We serve the most underserved by providing medical transportation, remote patient monitoring, meal delivery, and personal and home care to enable greater access to care, reduce cost, and improve outcomes. We accept all lines of business (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, etc.)
At Optima, we value each person and are guided by our commitment to excellence and leadership. We believe that every person should be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. Our medical team is committed to providing the highest level of healthcare and resources to you and your family.
Our medical team caters to all individuals age 18 and up. We also provide the highest level of customer service to our patients such as unlimited transportation for Medicare patients, and a customer care team that operates from 5pm-9pm (M-F) to validate customer satisfaction. Home to highly trained and well-respected doctors, you are guaranteed to be treated with compassion and professionalism.
